🌟On 19 August 2026, Amata Group, together with Phan Thong Nong Kakha Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO), Map Pong Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO), the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) - Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate Office, the Chonburi Irrigation Project, Amata Corporation PCL, Amata U Co., Ltd., Amata Facility Services Co., Ltd., Aqua Nishihara Corporation Co., Ltd., and United Analyst and Engineering Consultant Co., Ltd., signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) under the “Sustainable Community Development for Water and Waste Management Project” Phase 4 Khlong Tai Soet to enhance environmental quality in communities surrounding Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate, covering the areas of Phan Thong Nong Kakha Subdistrict Administrative Organization and Map Pong Subdistrict Administrative Organization.

🤝 The signing ceremony was led by Dr. Viwat Kromadit, Chief Technical Engineering Officer of Amata Corporation PCL, Mr. Chawalit Tippawanich, Chief Executive Officer of Amata U Co., Ltd., and Mr. Akares Choochuay, Managing Director of Amata Facility Services Co., Ltd., together with representatives from partner organizations.

📌 Phase 4 of the project builds on the success of previous initiatives at Khlong Hua Thonglang and Khlong Tamru, expanding environmental management efforts to Khlong Tai Soet. The project aims to restore water quality, reduce the risk of water pollution, improve drainage efficiency, promote waste management at the source, and enhance environmental knowledge among local communities and businesses.
